Antonia Ferrà's first band was Ses Bubotes where she started to lay the foundations of the great musician she is today. SES BUBOTES was formed in 1997 together with three other female singers. Their voices were accompanied by two guitars, one of them played by Antonia herself. They made their public debut in the local festivity of Calvià, in Costa de'n Blanes (December 1997). In 1998 they played on other stages, such as in the theatre house of the University of the Balearic Islands, or Cafè al Vent, in Palma.

When Ses Bubotes was dissolved, ME PICA UN ULL was born. Antonia Ferrà and Llucia Gomila (singers) were joined by a keyboard player (Marga Sirer) and a drummer (Matías Mut). With this band Antonia recorded her first demo, a live recording in El Dorado (Calvià), a stage they visited for three consecutive years. Other Me Pica un Ull gigs were held in Santa Ponça or in Palmanova, among others.

NEURON was one of Antonia's first bands. It only lasted for two years, from 2001 to 2002, but this was perfect for Antonia to gain experience in concerts and playing with other musicians. These musicians were two female voices (Antonia Ferrà and Llucia Gomila) a violin player (Llucia), two guitar players (Nico Barceló and David Mateu), a bass player (Joan Morro) and a drummer (Miquel). Their repertoire consisted of versions of popular English songs, even though they included some songs composed by the members of Neuron. The styles Neuron embraced were rock, pop and funky.

Neuron made their debut in the pub S'Espiga in Sencelles, and from then on they gave several concerts, such as El Dorado (Magalluf), or the Town Hall in Calvià.

SEASONS was formed in 2002 and dissolved in the Summer of 2003. There were four female voices (Antonia Ferrà, Iosune Salinas and Llucia Gomila González) a drummer (Lluís Raig) and a guitar player, who also played the keyboards (Toni Blázquez). The songs selected were in English, some of which were composed by Antonia herself. The style of the group was soul, funky and gospel. The concerts of this band were held in pubs such as Toxito, Lisboa, Fraguel Rock, Carrer de Nit, among others.
